We all reminisce. We all have memories of past events. In the end, memories are all we have.

In this piece of work, Hardy explores how the memories of her childhood and the relationship with her sister are affected by nostalgia. As the environment grows old and is changed by time, the memories and the reminiscence between Hardy and her sister remains fresh. A strong sense of belonging and identity are shared by the sisters and despite both their lives moving on from the original setting, the power of the memories form the backbone of the relationship.

Although the locations and the people change, the memories and the relationship do not.
